Locky Mulholland has been in the distribution sector for the last 35 years and owns interests in Oceanic Holdings International Ltd that is a shareholder of Interlincgroup and Duck Hunter Wines. Interlincgroup works closely with the telco and power industries and distribute supporting products to the telecommunications and power sector in over 20 countries including the Pacific, Central America and the Caribbean regions. Locky's skill set in in deploying complex distribution channels along with deploying equipment to sites that have been very challenging saw him in high demand, in recent years Locky has been extremely busy as companies move away from maned sales focus to online presence and customer retention. Locky also has extensive knowledge in company structure and the re-organising of existing businesses to meet the demands of the new global challenges. Working for Acquasol in these exciting times of renewable energy has seen his skill set transfer to the demands that is required to deploy various solar projects as well as oversee Acquasol’s new product line in floating solar arrays. Locky is 58 years old and lives in Tauranga, New Zealand and enjoys a simpler life when not working and enjoying the finer points of cooking and wine tasting both being a lifetime passion.
Chris Prince is the founder and director of Hiko Electrical, a leading electrical services company based in Papamoa, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. Established in 2017, Hiko Electrical has grown under Chris's leadership to offer a comprehensive range of services, including residential and commercial electrical work, solar power solutions, heat pump installations, and HVAC systems. With a background as a hands-on electrician, Chris transitioned from on-the-tools work to managing and expanding his business. His commitment to quality workmanship, customer-centric service, and fostering a positive company culture has been instrumental in Hiko Electricals' success. Chris emphasizes the importance of work-life balance, ensuring that while the business thrives, personal well-being and team morale are not compromised. He has also engaged in business coaching to further develop his leadership skills and drive the company's growth. Under Chris's direction, Hiko Electrical has become known for its reliability, innovation, and dedication to delivering top-tier electrical solutions across the Bay of Plenty region.
